We are looking for a Specialist in Operations & Analytics to join our team.

Endeavour is a Canadian charity dedicated to providing management consulting services to non-profit organizations, empowering them to achieve their goals and create lasting community impact. As a volunteer-based organization, we believe in the power of skilled professionals coming together to make a difference.

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented individual to spend approximately 2-3 hours per week working with our Talent Management team. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, the Specialist will gain valuable experience in, and is responsible for, the following.

Responsibilities:

  1. Under the guidance of the Director, Talent Management, lead the coordination of consultant recruitment (e.g.,  set recruitment milestones in alignment with all Endeavour internal teams and ensure they are met; other teams include Information Technology, Consulting, Marketing & Communications, Learning & Engagement, Evaluation)
  2. Lead the analysis of talent data to explore trends and present insights on next actions to improve the experience of our volunteers to Talent Management team and Executive team (e.g., identify opportunities to improve volunteer onboarding and offboarding experience)
  3. Support Coordinator, Talent Acquisition in managing the recruitment mailbox
  4. Under the guidance of the Director, Talent Management, support the automation of Talent Management activities and ensure it aligns with the evolving needs of our volunteers.
  5. Support the Talent Management team to recruit consultants, engagement managers and internal volunteers (e.g., screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates)
  6. Embrace the opportunity to take on ad hoc tasks and projects that contribute to the growth and success of Endeavour.

Qualifications:

  • Long-term commitment to Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits 
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft tools for project management, data management/analysis and presentations required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills and experienced working with diverse and cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong interest and experience in automation of tasks is required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with talent data is an asset
