POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Manager, Talent Optimization and Analytics to join our Talent Management team.
Endeavour, a Canadian charity providing management consulting services to non-profits, is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for this volunteer-based, part-time role. The Manager will directly support the Talent Management team by providing insightful data analytics, creating efficient workflows, and leading change initiatives to improve our talent processes. This role will play a pivotal part in managing organizational changes, such as the migration of the Talen team’s Google Workspace to Microsoft, the development of an internal resource portal and other key projects or initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Improvement & Change Management:

  • Support change initiatives by acting as the lead relative to key talent initiatives, including the migration of tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace to Microsoft).
  • Working in partnership with the Information Technology team, create and optimize workflows that streamline Talent Management operations, enhance efficiency, and
    improve communication across the team.Lead the creation and implementation of an internal SharePoint portal for resources to support the Talent team’s daily activities.
  • Understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, propose practical solutions, and lead the execution of changes to drive efficiency and impact.

Analytics & Insights:

  • Provide data-driven insights to support both internal and external talent teams.
  • Design and implement data evaluation strategies to gather insights from candidate pools for both internal hiring (role agnostic) and external hiring.
  • Share key findings with the VP and Talent Management team to continuously improve talent processes and outcomes.
  • Create clear and easy-to-understand reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Management team to ensure all processes and systems are optimized for better efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategic projects and changes within the organization.
  • Act as a key partner to the VP, supporting all strategic initiatives related to talent analytics and optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on process optimization and change management.
  • Experience working with HR systems or automation in HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, data reporting, and creating actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a volunteer-based, remote work environment.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., SharePoint Excel, PowerPoint) to support project management, presentations, and analytics.
  • Keen eye for detail and a strong desire to continuously improve processes.
  • Minimum 2 year commitment to the role

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a non-profit or volunteer-driven organization.
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing the operational aspects of change implementation.
