As Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will be at the heart of transformative projects that support Endeavour’s strategic goals. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you will help bring bold ideas to life and ensure our internal initiatives deliver real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Definition & Planning

• Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives that advance Endeavour’s
  strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects key to the progress of Endeavour’s strategic objectives
• Collaborate with teams across Endeavour to ensure effective execution of Endeavour’s prioritized
  special projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including work plans, timelines, and status updates.
• Communicate execution progress and outcomes to leadership
• Participate in regular division meetings and broader Endeavour initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Endeavour volunteer experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience in project management strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
• Strong initiative and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a virtual work environment
• Minimum two year commitment
