We are looking for a Manager, Special Projects for Talent Management to join our team.

Endeavour is a Canadian charity dedicated to providing management consulting services to non-profit organizations, empowering them to achieve their goals and create lasting community impact. As a volunteer-based organization, we believe in the power of skilled professionals coming together to make a difference.

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented individual to spend approximately 3-5 hours per week working with our Talent Management team. Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, the Manager will gain valuable experience in, and is responsible for, the following.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a one-year pilot of the upcoming Endeavour Ambassador program for alumni volunteers
  • Actively collaborate with teams across Endeavour to coordinate Ambassador program opportunities (e.g., with Marketing & Communications and the Learning & Engagement teams)
  • Share insights from the pilot with the Talent Management team and Executive team
  • Support the Talent Management team to recruit consultants, engagement managers and internal volunteers to foster a strong sense of community and shared knowledge (e.g., interview candidates, improve training materials for recruitment committee).
  • Lead process improvement initiatives within Talent Management team (e.g., migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft)
  • Embrace the opportunity to take on ad hoc tasks and projects that contribute to the growth and success of Endeavour.

Qualifications:

  • Long-term commitment to Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits 
  • Experienced in setting up and implementing new volunteer initiatives 
  • Experienced working with diverse and cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft tools to support project management and presentations
  • Experience with talent programs is an asset
  • Passionate about building a strong volunteer alumni community
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
