ROLE
Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits is seeking three dedicated volunteers to join the
Research & Development Department.
Each Manager will be responsible for leading one of the three distinct pillars of the department:
- Industry Research
- Internal Resources, and
- Reporting
These roles are crucial for establishing Endeavour’s reputation as a strategic partner for
non-profits and professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
There are 3 open Manager roles that will be responsible for the following based on their specific
pillar:
- Manager, Research & Development (Industry Research)
- Conduct regular research on trends in non-profit sectors of interest.
- Oversee a dual approach to create resources for both the Marketing Department and for
consultants. - Focus on marketing research for client outreach and consulting research for long-term
trends. - Collaborate with the Marketing, Learning and Engagement, Information Technology, and
Consulting departments.
- Manager, Research & Development (Internal Resources)
- Regularly update and add content for internal purposes to improve the recruitment,
training, and onboarding of both consultants and volunteer staff. - Monitor consultant and internal surveys to understand how to improve resources and
processes. - Collaborate with the Learning and Engagement, Information Technology, and Consulting
departments.
- Regularly update and add content for internal purposes to improve the recruitment,
- Manager, Research & Development (Reporting)
- Manage the annual release of three organizational reports: Annual Report, Financial
Report, and Impact Report. - Oversee the quarterly publishing of case studies and consultant interviews.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Information Technology, and Evaluation departments.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Proven success in designing and executing research-based initiatives and programs.
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset in identifying and implementing new initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement or community outreach.
- Prior volunteer experience with Endeavour.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365.
- A passion for and interest in the non-profit sector.
