The Role 

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help our Marketing team create high quality images, video and graphics for our vivid marketing campaigns. We are looking for a creative team member to join our Marketing team for a minimum of 12 months. You’ll play a key role in bringing our mission to life through compelling visual content that helps connect skilled professionals with meaningful volunteer opportunities. You will be responsible for working directly with Marketing leadership to strategize and design content using various design tools to help promote Endeavour’s strategic objectives.

You will also have the opportunity to work on projects that touch various Endeavour functional teams including, but not limited to Strategic Initiatives, Partnerships, Talent Acquisitions, Alumni Relations and Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging graphics and video content for on-going Marketing initiatives
• Submitting drafts for feedback and making adjustments in a timely manner as needed
• Work alongside the Marketing team Content Developer to strategize social media and
  website visuals
• Estimated 1-2 hours of work per week. This may increase to 2-5 hours/week in various
  times of the year.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to collaborate and deliver results in a virtual work environment and within a dynamic Marketing team
• Minimum 1 year of experience designing graphic and video content
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X)
• Proficiency with Canva, Capcut, and Adobe Express
• Organize and manage digital asset library
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Attend bi-weekly Marketing team meetings

Preferred:

• Portfolio demonstrating previous graphic design and video work
• Experience working with non-profit organizations
