Heather Waldman, Chief Executive Officer

Heather Waldman held chief financial officer positions in companies in both for-profit and charitable sectors, before branching out to provide financial leadership in a fractional CFO capacity for a number of organizations. For the past eight years, Heather has been helping companies improve overall performance and impact, and clearing pathways for organizations to realize their full potential. As Executive Director at Endeavour Volunteer Consulting, Heather brings a wealth of expertise in non-profit development, sustaining community impact, and encouraging and engaging skilled individuals and corporations to become active partners. Heather earned her business degree in marketing and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Cape Town, South Africa before moving to Canada and requalifying as a Canadian CA-CPA. She served as finance chair on the board for an organization dedicated to ending violence against women.
Shahroz Ehsan, Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer, Shahroz leads a team of executives in prospecting, selecting and onboarding new clients. Additionally, he is in charge of project scoping, engagement resourcing, and relationship management.
Shahroz is an engineering graduate and currently works as a Commercial Manager for the City of Calgary to deliver transit infrastructure. He has extensive experience working collaboratively with public Clients in Toronto and Edmonton to ideate, plan and execute City and community building initiatives. He has also been involved with other non-profits in Toronto such as Pathways to Education and University Consulting Group.
Having started with Endeavour in 2017, volunteer consulting presented Shahroz with a perfect opportunity to create organizational impact for the local non-profits while also growing personally by learning from an environment rooted in meritocracy, collaboration, diversity, and support. Given Endeavour’s positive community building role in GTHA, Shahroz returned as a Senior Consultant and an Engagement Manager. Prior to his current role he served as a Project Manager to drive consulting team to deliver projects efficiently. He believes in times like today, organizations such as Endeavour are essential for the non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting.
Shahroz holds a B.A.Sc degree from University of Toronto, specializing in Civil Engineering and an Engineering Business Certificate from Rotman School of Management. In his spare time, he likes to hang out with friends, read, run and play tennis.
Audrey Wong, Vice-President, Talent Manager
Audrey is a health system planner at Ontario Health and an avid volunteer. She joined Endeavour as a consultant and later took on the role of engagement manager. As the Vice-President of Talent Management, Audrey works with her team to recruit and retain stellar talent to support Endeavour’s mission.
Outside of Endeavour and work, she is a board member for the University of Toronto’s Public Health Alumni Association where she previously co-chaired the Dalla Lana School of Public Health’s student-alumni mentorship program for two years. She is also a passionate member of the Toastmaster club “Toast to Your Health”.
Audrey has a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies with a specialization in Gerontology and Health
Veena Chandrasekaran, Vice-President, Learning and Engagement
Chris Zegarra, Vice-President, Learning and Engagement
Chris joined Endeavour in 2022 with aspirations to support Endeavour volunteer teams and help develop the skills needed to drive success. He is a professor at two top colleges in Toronto and is a freelance consultant for local businesses. His professional career started in the global logistics industry where he worked in imports and quickly moved into various management roles where he implemented projects and training programs for both clients and internal customers. He brings with him a passion to create value, support local nonprofits and help make a real difference in his community.
Chris currently holds a BComm in Global Business Management from The Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. In his free time, Chris likes to cook or learn about different cooking techniques and recipes.
Lucy Hobe, Vice-President, Talent Management
Lucy is a seasoned strategic HR leader with extensive experience in developing effective talent strategies in the financial services and securities regulation sectors. She is passionate about creating impactful and sustainable solutions and thrives on transformation and inspiring personal growth.
As Vice President, Talent Management, Lucy works with a team of highly skilled professionals to attract, retain and develop key talent to support Endeavour’s mandate.
Lucy is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), has a Diploma in Adult Education through St. Francis Xavier University and is a Certified Prosci® Change Management Practitioner.
Ilene Hyman, Vice-President, Evaluation
Ilene joined Endeavour in 2015 as a member of an engagement team in Round 16. She continued her involvement with Endeavour as an Evaluation Associate providing consultation to community multi-service agencies on theory of change models and evaluation, conducting internal evaluation activities and assisting with agency presentations and reports.
Ilene Hyman is a social epidemiologist, community-based researcher and adjunct professor in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. Her academic background includes an MHSc (currently MPH) in Community Health from U of T, and a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Montreal. Much of her research explores issues of health and social equity. Since 2006 Ilene has been working as a consultant providing services in strategic planning, policy analysis, community-based research, and evaluation to government, academic, and community-based health and social service agencies.
Adel Muhammad, Vice-president, Information Technology
Doris Huiting Duan, Vice-President, Finance
Doris began her journey with Endeavour as the VP of Learning and Engagement and has recently transitioned to the role of VP of Finance. In this new role, Doris leverages her extensive background in analytics and finance to support the organization’s financial strategy and ensure long-term sustainability. She finds great fulfillment in contributing to a mission-driven organization, helping to foster positive change in the community.
Doris holds a B. Com degree from the University of Toronto and the Rotman School of Management, where she specialized in Public Accounting and majored in Economics. She is a CPA and currently works as an Analytics Manager at a leading insurance company, where she focuses on driving insights and value through data-driven decision-making.
Beyond her professional career, Doris runs her own business, offering modern vintage jewelry designed for young professionals. Her work blends timeless charm with contemporary flair, making it accessible to today’s style-conscious individuals. In her spare time, Doris enjoys traveling, discovering new culinary experiences, and spending time with her two dogs.
Uyen Dang, Vice-President, Consulting
Uyen is a Senior Insights Consultant at Prophet, a marketing and branding consultancy firm in New York City. Prior to being in analytics, she had extensive project management experience at Dalhousie University, and several multinational market research firms. Uyen has been passionate about volunteering since childhood, from local volunteering in Toronto at soup kitchens, homeless shelters and retirement homes, to internationally with Habitat for Humanity, community schools, and traveling healthcare teams. As a professional, skilled volunteering led her to Endeavour, starting as consultant, then Engagement Manager and since Round 31 as a Co-Director of PM. In her spare time, she enjoys Latin dancing, reading, exploring new food spots, traveling, and building upon the skills needed to do a handstand pushup.
Tommy Tam, Vice-President, Alumni Relations
Tommy is a lead in the long-term care sector, capacity and performance at Ontario Health. He joined Endeavour as a consultant to learn and to expand his consulting network across various industries.
As the Vice-President of Alumni Relations, Tommy and his team are leading the efforts to foster meaningful connections and enhance community engagement. We are dedicated to cultivating a vibrant alumni network that aligns with Endeavour’s mission.
Outside of Endeavour and work, he enjoys exploring new coffee shops and cuisines across the Greater Toronto Area, cheering on the Raptors, and has a strong passion for data.

Yolanda Yan, Director of Client Relations
Yolanda is an avid volunteer, experienced finance professional, and a passionate artist.
She joined Endeavour in 2021 as a consultant and later returned as a senior consultant and engagement manager. Yolanda is deeply committed to giving back to the community, lifelong learning, and continuously seeking out fresh challenges. In her current role as the Director of Client Relations, she leads the team in elevating client satisfaction throughout their Endeavour journey. She has found her time with Endeavour incredibly rewarding, as it demonstrates the power and impact of supporting and cultivating a diverse range of organizations doing good deeds within our community.
Yolanda holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Toronto and the Rotman School of Management, specializing in finance and economics, as well as financial risk management. She currently works as a manager in the finance industry with extensive experience in market risk.
Outside of work, Yolanda enjoys cultivating her passion in watercolor and oil painting, exploring nature and various cultures through hiking and traveling, as well as spending time with her family and friends. She is also a cinema lover who you could catch at TIFF often.
Michael Thede, Director, Marketing and Communications

Michael Thede is a Toronto-based marketing practitioner. Before relocating to Toronto, he spent 20 years in Asia where he led international communications and student recruitment for a business school in Shanghai. He has also worked as a writer and editor for global brands such as Education First, Disney and Porsche. Michael studied film and philosophy at the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the Writing for Film & TV program at Vancouver Film School. When he isn’t doing marcom stuff, he is usually off hiking, canoeing or snowboarding in the backcountry somewhere or spending time closer to home with his wife. Connect with him on LinkedIn here.
Shellina Yeung, Director, Strategic Initiatives
Shellina Yeung joined Endeavour Consulting for Non-Profits in 2022 and has held multiple roles, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Pro Bono Consultant. With experience in human resources and management consulting, she now serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, leading our external recruitment team and focusing on the hiring of consultants for client engagements. Her role is vital in ensuring we recruit the right talent to support the diverse needs of the non-profits we serve, maintaining our commitment to high-quality, impactful consulting.
Shellina holds an MBA and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, Minor in Economics from McMaster University and is a certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Human Resources Professionals Association. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, exploring local coffee shops, and teaching students. With a passion for client excellence, continuous learning, and mentorship, Shellina is dedicated to fostering growth and delivering exceptional service.
Graziana Pastore, Director, Talent
Graziana is a scientist and PhD candidate in Molecular Genetics at the University of Toronto, passionate about translating research into real-world impact. With a background in biotech and drug discovery, she joined Endeavour in 2022, first as a Consultant and later in Senior Consultant and Engagement Manager roles, and now supports the organization through her work on the Internal Talent Team.
Outside the lab, she can be found training in Krav Maga or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Margaret Luk, Director, Talent
Margaret Luk joined Endeavour on the Talent Team in 2025 and previously volunteered as a Consultant and Engagement Manager. She is a seasoned HR professional with experience leading and working on people and change initiatives across companies in various sectors. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner (CCP).
Outside of work, Margaret loves exploring new places, discovering great food, and volunteering to support causes that create lasting community impact.
Panteha Naderian, Director, Project Management
Panteha joined Endeavour in 2022 and has contributed in several roles, including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Engagement Manager, and Project Manager. She now serves as the Director of Project management, overseeing Project Managers to ensure consulting teams are supported and deliver high quality work on time.
Outside of Endeavour, Panteha is a Lead Data Scientist at StackAdapt, where she applies machine learning to enhance product quality, optimize systems, and improve business performance. She also holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
Saujanya Acharya, Director, Learning and Engagement
Saujanya is a Life Sciences Consultant and Ph.D. scientist with over a decade of interdisciplinary research experience in oncology and rare genetic diseases. She is passionate about applying evidence-based thinking and strategic insight to drive meaningful impact in the non-profit and life sciences sectors.
In her role as Director of Learning and Engagement at Endeavour, Saujanya works to design professional development initiatives and strengthen community connections among Endeavour’s volunteer consultants. She is deeply committed to cultivating an inclusive, engaging environment that empowers volunteers to grow, connect, and make a tangible difference for the non-profits they serve.
Outside of work, Saujanya enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and seeking out experiences that broaden her perspective.
Sanskruti Sawant, Director, Alumni Relations - Fundraising
Sanskruti Sawant is a corporate finance professional, economist, grassroots sports strategist, researcher and an avid traveler. She currently serves as the Director of Alumni Relations (Fundraising) at Endeavour, where she focuses on building meaningful relationships with alumni and driving initiatives that strengthen the organization’s long-term impact.
She holds a dual master’s degree in International Business from Ivey Business School at Western University and the CEMS Master’s in International Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, bringing a global and data-driven perspective to her work.
Beyond Endeavour, Sanskruti is the Co-founder of Khelegi, a grassroots initiative supported by the International Olympic Committee that empowers girls to continue playing sports during puberty with dignity, safety and joy. Having worked across four countries, Sanskruti combines cross-cultural insight with an impact-oriented approach to everything she does. Sanskruti loves exploring new places, hiking, and spending time at the beach, anything that combines adventure and the outdoors. She’s passionate about connecting people, creating opportunities for collaboration and leaving every space she’s part of a little better than she found it.
Deborah Moriah, Director, Alumni Relations - Consultants
Deborah Moriah is a Licensed Paralegal, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) consultant and Technical Writer. Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) in 2016, her practice focuses on human rights and consumer protection. She is Co-Founder of the Ontario Association of Black Paralegals, an elected LSO Bencher and a Board member at Legal Aid Ontario (LAO).
Vivek (Jordan) Sharma, Director, Alumni Relations - Clients
Beyond his professional work, Vivek is passionate about animal rights, climate change, and education for all. He is also a part-time animal photographer, with a particular love for capturing the small details in nature and everyday life that often go unnoticed.
At the heart of his career and personal pursuits is a commitment to building inclusive communities, strengthening connections, and promoting awareness of issues that matter globally and locally.
