Endeavour Volunteer Consulting is a Canadian charity that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits. We recruit, train, and match teams of highly skilled professional volunteer consultants with organizations in need of pro-bono consulting.

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented individual to spend approximately 3-5 hours per week working with our marketing and fundraising team in direct contribution to organizational objectives. Reporting to the VP, communications, marketing & fundraising, the fundraising director will gain valuable experience in, and is responsible for, the following.

• Implementing a new fundraising strategy for the organization
• Partnering with the marketing director on cross-strategic initiatives, such as an upcoming event (Q1 2024)
• Working with the fundraising and marketing teams on tactical strategy as it relates to their roles in branding, content, design, events, digital, etc.
• Measurement, evaluation, and reporting, both to inform strategic direction and also to celebrate wins!
