Endeavour envisions a world where non-profit organizations can access professional consulting services to thrive and create lasting community impact. As a volunteer-based Canadian charity, we bring together skilled consultants to make a difference in the non-profit sector.

We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented individual to spend approximately 2-3 hours per week working with our Learning and Engagement team. Reporting to the VP, Learning and Engagement, the Networking Activity Coordinator will gain valuable experience in, and is responsible for, the following.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Learning and Engagement team to plan and execute engaging networking activities and events for our consultant volunteers.
• Set up in-person and virtual networking opportunities, providing a platform for professionals from diverse industries to connect and share knowledge.
• Create and lead exciting virtual activities, including icebreakers and team-building exercises during virtual meetings, fostering a strong sense of community among our volunteers.
• Conduct research to discover new and innovative ideas for team engagement activities, ensuring our volunteers remain enthusiastic and connected throughout their journey with Endeavour.
• Embrace the opportunity to initiate ad hoc networking projects, brainstorming fun and creative ways to keep our team engaged and motivated.
