Endeavour is currently recruiting volunteer consultants, with an emphasis on those with Marketing or Strategy or Operations or Business Development or Non-profit or Government work experience.  As a member of the consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work on either a 3-month engagement or a 6-month engagement to provide strategic management advice to the leadership of a non-profit organization. Teams are led by an engagement manager along with five consultants and mentorship from a project advisor.

Depending on the COVID-19 restrictions in place, the projects may be held using on-line tools, as necessary (Note: The ongoing Fall/Winter round is being held through on-line team and client meetings). Endeavour would make the necessary tools available for on-line collaboration and meetings.

This is a very rewarding volunteer experience that requires a time and team commitment.
