We are excited to announce a 12-month pilot of the Endeavour Ambassador Program for which we are looking for 3-5 motivated individuals with a 1-year commitment. As an ambassador, you have 4+ years working experience and have demonstrated leadership qualities in previous consulting engagements with Endeavour.
Key responsibilities
- Be our voice in the community
Share information about our mission, opportunities and client impact with your network
- Represent Endeavour
Attend and actively participate in our select events, including those focused on recruitment, consulting delivery and learning & development.
- Identify opportunities
Identify potential volunteers and clients to help us maximise our impact in the community
This is an excellent opportunity to take your engagement with Endeavour to another level, continue to gain experience in the nonprofit sector, and be an advocate for our work in the community. Your suggestions to further enhance our community impact are more than welcome and are valuable inputs for us to grow as an organization.
Eligibility
Mandatory requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, 4+ years’ work experience
- You must have participated in at least 2 rounds of consulting (ongoing or completed) at Endeavour, including being in the capacity of a Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager in your last round
- You are interested and able to use your personal brand to endorse and advocate for the work we do in the community
Nice to have:
- You have engaged with Endeavour on other occasions outside of the consulting rounds. e.g., participation in Volunteer Info sessions, Recruitment Committee, coffee chats with potential volunteers
- You have an active social presence on LinkedIn

Time Commitment
As an ambassador, you are expected to commit 3-5 hours per month across a variety of activities. During peak volunteer recruitment periods (June – Aug ; Dec – Feb) this time commitment will be on the higher side.

ORGANIZATION
Based in Toronto, Endeavour Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting. Endeavour has two consulting engagement rounds during the year, in the fall and in the spring. For each round, Endeavour will recruit and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting.
Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than 1,000 volunteers on over 130 projects — delivering over $1M per year in equivalent consulting services to non-profits in Canada. Endeavour also partners with leading corporations in Canada to offer pro bono and skills-based volunteering opportunities that contribute to employee engagement, professional and leadership development, talent retention and corporate responsibility goals.
