Endeavour appoints Cecelia Paolucci as Board Chair and Michelle Dodokin as President & CEO July 27th, 2019

Endeavour Consulting for Non Profits is thrilled to announce two new appointments, Cecelia Paolucci, as Board Chair and Michelle Dodokin as President and CEO. Endeavour expresses sincere gratitude to outgoing Interim President, Anna Dopico, and Board Chair Murray Glow, for their tremendous commitment to Endeavour’s mission and advancement and is thankful for their continued support as members of the board.

More about Cecelia Paolucci, MBA, CFRE

Cecelia brings several years of non-profit management consulting and senior leadership experience at United Way Greater Toronto, Community Food Centres Canada, United Way Peel Region, Canadian Stage, Toronto Summer Music Festival, KPMG and The Frederick Harris Music Company and is currently Director, Major Gifts and Campaign at FitSpirit and consulting with TH!NK Canada.

Cecelia first joined Endeavour as a Board Member in 2017, as she believes that non-profits, regardless of their size or revenue, should have access to professional consultants to help build capacity. As the new Board Chair she is passionate about connecting non-profits to opportunities so they can better serve their constituents and strengthen the sector as a whole.

A supporter of the arts, her extensive voluntary board work spans numerous organizations including: Centre for Opera Studies and Appreciation, Queen of Puddings Music Theatre, Danny Grossman Dance Company, and the Foothills Brass Society.  

She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and has a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Cecelia Paolucci will assume the role of Endeavour board chair, effective September 2019.

More about Michelle Dodokin, MBA

Michelle has held senior executive positions at a range of leading corporations including: Intact Financial Corporation, Echelon Insurance, Royal Sun & Alliance and Canadian Tire.  Her experience spans strategy, sales distribution, operations, finance, investor relations and corporate communications. 

As the newly appointed President and CEO, Michelle will be leading the expansion and diversification of Endeavour’s partnerships with other non-profits and corporations to improve organizational capacity and social impact.

Michelle has long been an active supporter of the non-profit sector with a range of board and volunteer experiences including: board director at JobStart; executive-in-residence/HBA Field Project at Ivey/Western University; past president and treasurer of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (Ontario); and co-chair United Way Leadership Campaign.

Michelle has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, Western University, and is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Program from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.
