Anna Dopico Appointed Endeavour Interim President July 3rd, 2018
Endeavour’s Board is proud to announce the appointment of Anna Dopico as Interim President, effective July 12, 2018.
Anna brings more than 20 years of management experience with expertise in strategy planning and execution, as well as in large scale transformation and change. She has experience in financial services, retail, sports manufacturing, education, and health industries.
Anna holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-Schulich and a Chartered Director designation as well as Project Management Professional and Risk Management Professional designations from the Project Management Institute.
Anna served as an Endeavour Engagement Manager in 2014 and joined the Executive in 2015 as Co-Director of Training and Development with responsibility for developing and facilitating the execution of Endeavour’s volunteer orientation, training and development program. She has been a member of Endeavour’s Board since May, 2017, and has served as Board Secretary.
As Interim President Anna will have overall responsibility for leading and managing the activities of more than 30 volunteer executive and committee members as well as the organization’s many volunteer consultants. Her primary goal will be to expand and diversify Endeavour services to improve the capacity and impact of its non-profit clients. Achieving that goal will multiply meaningful pro bono and skills-based volunteerism opportunities.
The Board offers its heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Andrea Wong who has served as President for the past 11 years. Andrea, with Ada Tsang, co-founded Endeavour and has provided the vision, inspiration and leadership needed to achieve the remarkable results documented in our Ten-Year Impact Report. Andrea will continue her close association with Endeavour as a Senior Advisor to the Board.
